What makes a TRUE PAVE project?
True Pave: An ICPI Certified Process
True Pave follows the ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) paving method to ensure unmatched quality and durability. With True Pave, every step is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, promising not just a patio but a seamless blend of artistry and resilience.
Compact Subgrade:
The subgrade must be compacted to sustain the next layer: Compacted Gravel.
Compacted Gravel Base:
The most important layer is the first 4 inches of compacted 5/8th minus compacted to 98% proctor density.
Bedding sand:
This layer of 1 inch of bedding sand ensures your patio is stable and prevents the pavers from breaking.
Lay, Vibrate, add Polysand:
Your pavers are laid and vibrated to prevent settling according to ICPI specifications. Finally Polysand is brushed into the paver gaps. Polysand is not a glue, instead it acts a gap sealer and helps with the interlocking action of pavers.
What your Yard could be!
